Q: How do I sign up family or friends to volunteer with me?
A: Only one person can register at a time. Anyone may use this Eventbrite link to register to volunteer. Each volunteer needs to be registered individually using their own: name, email, phone number and zip code. This is highly important so that we will be able to communicate volunteer information with them effectively. Please note, volunteer spots are limited and first come first serve based on time of registration.
Q: How do I sign up a group to serve at this event?
A: Feel free to shoot us an email at info@loopevents.org, sharing the details of the event you’re interested in serving at. We’ll be more than happy to help you and your group get registered for the event!
Q: Will we get a free ticket into the event?
A: When you sign up to volunteer, you will not receive a ticket (seat) into the event. Our team members will try their best to allow for volunteers to rotate and see as much of the show as possible.
Q: How important is it to arrive at the training time?
A: Very important! The specified time is when our on-site representative is ready to help with volunteer check-in and ensure they can access the venue. Please remember to account for parking and aim to arrive at the entrance a few minutes before your scheduled shift time – we appreciate your punctuality!
Q: How will I know where to go or who my contact is?
A: Once you’re signed up, we’ll keep you in the loop with updates via email and text. On show day, we’ll send arrival details, entrance info, and your on-site contact. Any questions? Reach us at info@loopevents.org.
